How it works?
Svjatoslavs is an experienced and highly acclaimed designer working with interior projects for offices, restaurants, public spaces, residential houses and apartments. He holds a Master's degree in Environmental and Industrial design from the Latvian Academy of Arts. Since 2015 Svjatoslavs runs his own interior design office in Riga.
Aleksejs is a graduate of the Architectural Design and Urban Planning faculty of Riga Technical University. He has 25 years of experience in architecture and construction project management. Aleksejs combines partner and lead architect role in one of the most prominent professional practices in Latvia with duties of guest lectures in the Latvian Academy of Arts.
Vilnis has been in architecture since 1998. He has accumulated significant experience working with a wide range of projects including residential and office buildings, renovation of historic monuments as well as urban planning exercises. In 2008 he co-founded and was appointed as lead architect in his own professional firm.
Marika has a degree in physics and mathematics from Riga Technical University. She also holds the Passive house designer certificate from The Polytechnic University of Milan, the largest technical university in Italy. Marika works as an independent architect for 18 years and is doing this with passion that allows her to find unique solutions for every work.

Oskars has 20 years of industry experience working for one of the leading Latvian real estate construction companies. Having been involved with many building design contracts, he saw an opportunity to offer a new way of working to the architectural and civil engineering community. He explained his idea of Workalike to Raitis and shortly after, they started working together.

Raitis has lived and worked in the USA for 10 years. He has graduated from Auburn University in Alabama and Stockholm School of Economics in Riga. He has worked in companies such as Morgan Stanley, SunTrust Bank, Air Baltic, Latvian Railway and others. Raitis enjoys playing tennis, track & field, and yoga.
